Hot Off The Wok (HOTW) Promotion - Full Terms and Conditions

1. ELIGIBILITY:

1.1. Offer open to UK residents aged 18 and over only, except employees of the Promoter, their immediate families and agents, and anyone else professionally connected with the offer.

2. TO ENTER PRIZE DRAW:

2.1.1. START DATE OF PROMOTION: Entries open at 10.00 GMT on the 26th January 2017.

2.1.2. CLOSING DATE OF PROMOTION: The promotion closes at 23.59 GMT on 31st March 2017.

2.2. Submit your entry to www.HotOffTheWok.co.uk

2.3. Entrants will be put into a draw. 403 winners will be chosen at random to receive one of the prizes listed below. The prizes include:

• 1st Prize Number Of Winners: 1

  Winner will win after verification within 14 calendar days 1 x return flight tickets to Hong Kong departing from either London Heathrow, Gatwick or Manchester Airport for 2 (Adults).

• 2nd Prize Number Of Winners: 2

  Each winner will win after verification within 14 calendar days a selected 4* hotel in London for 1 night and an all-inclusive dinner for 2 at China Tang Restaurant, The Dorchester, London.

• 3rd Prize Number Of Winners: 400

  Each winner will win after verification within 14 calendar days 1 x “Wok Along with Lee Kum Kee” Cookbook and 1 x selected product for every 2-week.

2.3.1. Prize 1 details / conditions:

2.3.1.1. Prize draw will be conducted 14 calendar days after the promotion finishes. Winners will be contacted via e-mail within 14 calendar days after the relevant prize draw for its arrangement and dispatch.

2.3.1.2. This prize package for 2 adults.

2.3.1.3. Return flights from London Heathrow, Gatwick or Manchester airport in UK to Hong Kong, including taxes, fees and hand baggage only.

Prize includes 2 complementary meals in Hong Kong at selected restaurants from the videos.

2.3.1.5. Winner and guest must have full passport valid for at least 6 months at time of travel.

2.3.1.6. Any necessary visas are responsibility of winner and guests.

2.3.1.7. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable; No cash alternative is available; Prize is subject to availability.

2.3.1.8. Prize cannot be taken from 21st December 2017 to 2nd January 2017 (Christmas and New Year), or over Easter Sunday.

2.3.1.9. Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and travel must be booked and completed within that time frame.

2.3.1.10. Winners must give at least 6 weeks' notice in advance of their chosen travel dates.

2.3.1.11. All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time; once booked, the prize cannot be altered or amended.

2.3.1.12. The prize excludes domestic ground transfers; The prize excludes accommodations, travel insurance, meals and drinks (except those which have been included in the prize), excursions, attractions, treatments, visas and personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the prize.

2.3.1.13. Once a booking is confirmed, no amendments to the reservations are permitted and, pursuant to the EU Regulation 261/2004, Denied Boarding Compensation is not applicable on free of charge or reduced fare tickets.

2.3.2. Prize 2 details / conditions:

2.3.2.10. Where any travellers are aged under 18, they must have prior parental or guardian permission.

2.3.2.11. The prize excludes domestic ground transfers; The prize excludes travel insurance, meals and drinks (except the one which have been included in the prize), excursions, attractions, treatments and personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the prize.

2.3.3. Prize 3 details / conditions:

2.3.3.1. Prize draw will be conducted every 2 weeks during the promotion period. The first Prize draw will be conducted on the 6th February 2017.

2.3.3.1.1. Different selected product will be designated to winner every 2 weeks, altogether with 1 x “Wok Along with Lee Kum Kee” Cookbook.

• 1st (100 winners): Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce (225g)
• 2nd (100 winners): Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce (255g)
• 3rd (100 winners): Lee Kum Kee Premium Light Soy Sauce (150ml)
• 4th (100 winners): Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce (255g)

2.4. Your name, address and e-mail will be required. They will be used for delivery of any prize that is won and should be shared with Lee Kum Kee privately upon request.

2.5. Bulk requests made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible requests and requests which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means, that person’s requests will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

2.6. After verification, you will be contacted by the Promoter via email within 14 calendar days of the date of entry if your e-mail address is provided.

2.7. Please allow 28 days for delivery of your prize from the date of dispatch

3. ADDITIONAL NOTES:

3.1. Maximum one entry per e-mail address.

3.2. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries, network failure or delay.

3.3. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the promotion.

3.4. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or equivalent value. Prize is not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3.5. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for third party products and services offered as prizes and all such prizes may be subject to the providers’ standard terms and conditions.

4. EXTRA TERMS:

4.1. The Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or injury suffered by any entrant entering the Promotion or as a result of accepting or participating in any prize.

4.2. Nothing shall exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence or generally for intent as well as for gross negligence.

4.3. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.

4.4. MODERATION: Entry will be rejected and removed if they:

4.4.1. Contain defamatory, malicious, indecent or other inappropriate content including sexist or racist language or imagery;

4.4.2. Include the names, likenesses, photographs or similar of any individual without their express permission;

4.4.3. Contain immoral or obscene behaviour;

4.4.4. Condone or encourage violent or anti-social behaviour;

4.4.5. Cause offence on the ground of religion, gender, sexual orientation, nudity, disability or age;

4.4.6. Refer to any brand other than the Promoter; or

4.4.7. Represent a danger, health and safety fear or distress.

4.5. By entering this Promotion, all participants (including nominees) will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

4.6. In all aspects of this promotion the Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the promotion.

4.8. The names and counties of the major winners may be obtained by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to “Hot Off The Wok” Promotion, 88 Beaufort Court, Admirals Way, London E14 9XL to arrive within 2 months after the closing date.

4.9. This promotion is governed by English Law and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
